DropDownList not firing change event on form reset

In version 18 of syncfusion/ej2-angular-dropdowns, the 'change' event would be raised when the FormGroup would be reset. This does not happen in version 19 and is breaking some of our functions. This sample demonstrates that clicking an item in the dropdown raises the change event, but clicking the button to reset the form does not. This is different behavior from version 18.
