Theming for basic HTML elements

Provide theming support for the basic HTML elements such as label, heading, and more. 

For example, 

If user designed a page with Syncfusion material dark theme, the Syncfusion components gives unique appearance. But the default HTML elements UI differs and make own CSS to match the appearance. 

If we give theming support for these elements also, all the elements have same appearance across the page.
