Support to add margin between symbol and text in symbol palette

Need to provide the support to add a margin between symbol and text in a symbol palette. As of now, we don't have support to add the margin between the symbols and the text, If we render a text with noWrap functionality means the symbol text will take place at appropriate default padding, In case ie we render a long sentence with text wrapping functionality means the text and the symbol get overlapped. To overcome this we need to provide the support to add the margin between the symbol and text content.
