Floating Toolbar position not resetting properly, when pressing enter key in the content of the Rich Text Edit

In the Rich Text Editor, the floating toolbar is not repositioned properly when pressing the enter key at the end of the content, the toolbar is repositioned only when the whole toolbar is disappeared from the viewport.

Replication Procedure:

  • Go to the sample.
  • Place the cursor at the end of the content and press enter.
  • Keep pressing the enter key until the toolbar starts to hide, the toolbar will not be reset position until the whole toolbar is hidden and pressing the enter key.
  • This can also be reproduced by slowly scrolling the scroll bar.

Current Behavior:

The toolbar is repositioned only after the whole toolbar is hidden and then pressing enter key.

Expected Behavior:

The toolbar position should be reset immediately when the toolbar element starts to hide.

Note: Ensure to fix the issue in the blazor platform too.
