React memory leak warning when rendering React component inside cell editTemplate

I'm trying to use autocomplete component inside the editTemplate. Randomly sometimes I see a memory leak warning. See attached screenshot and Code sample -

Have tested on Mac - Safari 14.1.1, Chrome 91.0, Firefox 89.0.2, Edge 91.0
