Context menu - Copy not working

I have enabled the Copy context menu item. It's showing up when I right click on a cell, but it's greyed out and not selectable.

Have tested on Mac - Safari 14.1.1, Chrome 91.0, Firefox 89.0.2, Edge 91.0
