OnClose event is not fired when we click the document of DropDownlist

OnClose ("BeforeClose") event is not fired when we click the document of DropDownlist. 


Please find the sample and replication procedure below.

Replication procedure:

1. Run the attached sample
2. Open both parent and child dropdownlist
3. Now, select any one of the value from the child dropdownlist.
4. We can see the Parent popup in the open state.
5. Now, click the document. The close event is not fired.
6. Now, click the parent dropdownlist. Now, close event will be fired.
