Reordering accordion items

Provide drag and drop support to dynamically reordering the accordion items.

When generating say an invoice, credit note, estimate etc you would want to be able to arrange the accordion items and the listview items into a new order. This is very commonly found in most CRM, ERP and line of business solutions.
