Pass the row index as the arguments for startSwipeActionsBuilder and endSwipeActionsBuilder callbacks

We have already passed the DataGridRow as argument for startSwipeActionsBuilder and endSwipeActionsBuilder callbacks. In addition to that, pass the row index also as the argument.
