Allow custom filtering to exclude matches, not just include matches

Customer filter has Equal and Not Equal, but for text, it only has StartsWith, EndsWith and Contains.

This is really only half of the equation, it is often useful to exclude items.

Please add NotStartsWith, NotEndsWith and NotContains or just add a 'not' checkbox to the conditions
