Need to provide support for Freeze/UnFreeze column using Column separator in TreeGrid

By default we have support to freeze columns using FrozenColumns property

But customer requirement is to dynamically set Freeze/unfreeze the column by user interaction over the columns. In simple, Columnseparator has been placed at the right end of the frozen columns and using the header we can move around the columns.
