Provide support for DynamicObject datasource type in TreeMap

Currently, TreeMap component only supports list of objects or observable collection data source types. So, need to provide support for DynamicObject and ExpandoObject type data sources in the TreeMap.

NOTE: It should support both flat and hierarchical structure.
