InvalidCastException when using DataForm with LayoutOptions="Default" and Visual="Material" (Android)

Hi,

I noticed an InvalidCastException when using your great DataForm with LayoutOptions="Default" and Visual="Material" on Android.

This issue can be easily reproduced in your DataForms sample project by applying these settings e.g. to the DynamicFormPage.

I attached the modified project.
