Provide option to know the event raised by interaction

Provide an option to know whether the selecting and selected event is triggered by user interaction.


For example, particular tab is selected either by clicking on the tab header by the user or selected using method or property. So to know by which option the tab is selected, we can pass isInteracted as argument in selecting and selected event.
