Ordered list number color not changing when font color is applied to the list in the Rich Text Editor

When the color is applied to the list in the Rich Text Editor, the font color of the number in the ordered list doesn't change. Need to resolve this issue.

Note: For a bulleted list too, need to consider this scenario.
