Value not selected properly if we filter the multiselect, when bind-Value is provided.

Reproducing steps:

1. Run the attached sample.

2. Open popup and type “E” in the filter bar.

3. Click Select All, all the values will be selected.

4. Click Unselect All, Selected values are not removed properly and flickering occurs.
