Multiple requests are made to the server when a preload value, which is not present in the initial loaded list

Customer wants to set a initial value to the Virtual scrolling enabled ComboBox. When the preset value is not present in the loaded list, multiple requests are made to the server until that item is added to the list. This causes multiple requests to the server when we pre-set value.
