Need to provide option to customize the number format dropdown in spreadsheet

Need to provide option to customize the number format dropdown in spreadsheet. In this we need to add/remove the items in number format dropdown. And the newly added custom items also works as like default available options in the dropdown. The dropdown button text changed based applied format in the active cell as like in the below screenshot.
