Issue in SetSplitterPosition method with splitter resizing

  1. Move the splitter to the right edge of the chart pane.
  2. Use the SetSplitterPosition method to hide the chart pane then again call the SetSplitterPosition method to show the chart pane.
  3. Chart pane not showing properly.
