Provide support to create an empty workbook without worksheets

Currently, XlsIO supports creating a workbook with at least one worksheet. Need to make enhancement for creating workbook without any worksheets. Refer to the below code snippet.

using (ExcelEngine excelEngine = new ExcelEngine())

{

        IApplication application = excelEngine.Excel;

        IWorkbook workbook = application.Workbooks.Create(0);

        IWorksheet worksheet = workbook.Worksheets.Create("Sheet1");

        worksheet["A1"].Text = "Created From Empty book";

        workbook.SaveAs("Output.xlsx");

}
