Issue in ExpandState property value updation

Issue 1: If value for ExpandState property given in TValue, that value not updated properly GanttProperties.


Issue 2: For the reported query, need to ensure with doing expand/collapse. But ExpandState property value not updating properly in Ganttproperties and TValue.
