Failed to execute 'elementFromPoint' on 'Document': The provided double value is non-finite

When you touch and move on the spin button in mobile mode, we get the error "Failed to execute 'elementFromPoint' on 'Document': The specified double value is non-finite".Using emulator, this issue can be ensured.

Replication Procedure

1. Open the attached sample.

2. Switch to mobile mode using Developer tools emulator.

3. Touch on the spin button and move.

4. Error occurs in the console.
