Improvement for Copy Paste with Formula applied cells

Need to provide improvements for Spreadsheet copy paste with Formula applied cells.

1.Fill cells with value
2.E.g: add if function next the cells (=IF(A1>10,"Pass","Fail"))
3.copy/paste to other cells
Expected result : =IF(B1>10,"Pass","Fail")

Actual result : =IF(B1,"PASS",B1) // Wrong formula getting displayed
