Kanban edit dialog element not removed when 'args.cancel' is set to true on 'onDialogOpen' event

When the edit dialog is prevented by setting 'args.cancel' to true in the 'onDialogOpen' event in kanban. The dialog element is not removed from the DOM. Need to resolve this issue.
