Resolve the issue with destroy event while using toolbar template

React toolbar template throw below script error while navigating to another tab by using react routing.

Replication procedure:

1. Go to Contact tab from Home tab.
2. Find the script error in console.

1. After opening the above link, go to the checkbox selection sample.
2. Find the script error in the console and also the checkbox selection sample will not be displayed due to this error.
