How to start row drag and drop using row header cell

I need some help in Row Drag and Drop.

Actually, in Datagrid its start dragging while clicking any of the cell and mouse move.

I want it to work only for the Row Header cell. At the Same, the extended selection should work for Grid Cell drag selection

Is it possible?

Syncfusion version - 16.3.0.21
