Support to add header/footer in engine export

Currently the pivot table has two kind of exporting options that are,

  • Grid Export - To export the current page
  • Engine Export - To export all the pages while virtual scrolling


Grid export supports to add header/footer in its exporting document. But Engine export doesn’t has the option.

So, as like Grid export, need to provide all the customization options in engine export as well.
