Support to position annotations in Linear type Progress Bar

The progress bar supports custom content called annotation. But there no proper way to align or place that annotation to desired place so need to provide the support to place the annotation in linear progress bar. Since the AnnotationAngle and AnnotationRadius properties are most appropriated in circular type progress bar.
