Need to provide option to customize the files in the FileManager component

Need to provide the option to customize the files in the FileManager component.

For example, we have uploaded a PDF file into the file manager. After uploading the file and the file manager reading the newly uploaded file and displaying the file, we want to add a small red circle just beside the filename. Its purpose is to alert users that this file is a newly uploaded file.
