In-Place Editor value not displayed in correct format same as the format given in DateTime Picker

When the DateTime picker is rendered inside the In-Place Editor and changing the date picker format to 'dd.MM.yyyy HH:mm', doesn't change the value of the In-Place Editor as the given format. Need to resolve this issue.
