Control the crosshair to move within the provided range Validated

Should provide support to move the crosshair only within the provided range from the user.

For example, axis value is 0 to 100 and user specified as 50 to 80, the crosshair should be able to move within that range.

This is applicable for both vertical and horizontal crosshair lines.
