Focus the next control on single tab key press

Currently the popup component needs two tabs to focus to the next control if the popup is open. 

So we need to focus the next control on single key press. This is applicable for all dropdown components.

Issue reproducing steps:

1. Search an item in the autocomplete component.

2. Press tab. It closes the popup and focus the same component.

3. If you press tab again, the focus moves to the next control.
