Improvement in the table custom styles configuration in RichTextEditorTableSettings

Currently, we can't customize the styles of the table other than 'Dashed' and 'Alternate'. Need to provide support for all the custom items configured, with their corresponding CSS styles defined.

- In the below sample, add the table in RTE.

- Choose the option "Dashed Different Spelling" under the Styles in the quicktoolbarpopup. 

- No changes takes place.
