Breaking change - Upgrade from 18.4 to 19.1 heat map does not resize anymore

We have a heatmap inside a dashboard layout. It works fine if we resize the window it adapts and resizes to the container. Upgrading to 19.1 breaks the resize. Attached is the project that works in 18.4. If you upgrade the dependencies to 19.1, it does not render properly anymore. The main problem is the resize of the window, the heatmap control is not adaptive anymore (though it works fine in 18.4).
