Axis interval labels incorrectly rounded

An interval value of, for example, 0.05 gets incorrectly rounded to 0.1, which results in a formatted label of 10%, which also results in duplicated labels, see image below:


This happens because you are using toStringAsFixed to truncate each interval value to the number of decimal places, but since toStringAsFixed rounds a value of 0.05 is rounded up to 0.1.
