Allow users to search By forum

On each forum page, there is a search box that says Search threads I would expect this to search the threads for the forum I am in but it doesn't. For example, If I am in the Asp.Net Core forum I would expect the results returned to only have threads in the Asp.Net Core forum. Instead, the search redirects and returns results for all of the forums. It makes more sense to only return results for the forum the user is in because that is what the user would expect and it would allow them to narrow down results and find what they're looking for easier..So If I am on the Asp.Net Core -SJ2 forum page and I use the Search threads box the only results returned should be for asp.net core, not any of the other platforms.
