A "please wait" dialog utility

Just like there's a dialog utility for alert and confirm, add one more type for "Please wait..." with a progress animation and an uncloseable modal until a certain process ends or by closing it programatically.

const pw = DialogUtility.pleaseWait({...});

axios....then(()=>{}).catch(()=>{}).finally(()=>{pw.hide()});
