Deleting an Event recurrence changes the StartTime end EndTime of the original Event to the recurrence's

Detailed reproduction steps are provided in a document included in the attached Zip file, along with a sample project illustrating the problem.

Problem: When deleting a recurrence of an event that has a weekly recurrence, the StartTime and EndTime of the original Event are changed to the recurrence's StartTime and EndTime. This results in incorrect Event data after the recurrence Event is removed.

To reproduce:

Add an Event on 6/8/2021 with the following properties:

StartTime: 6/8/2021 10:00 AM
EndTime: 6/8/2021 11:00 AM
Repeat Weekly, Every 2 Weeks, On TU,TH,FR, Until 6/29/2021

This will create an event on 6/8/2021, with 5 recurrences on 6/10, 6/11, 6/22, 6/24, 6/25

Delete just the Event on 6/24

Expected behavior: Events will still display for 6/8, and 4 recurrences on 6/10, 6/11, 6/22, 6/25. Only the recurrence on 6/24 will have been removed (by a RecurrenceException)

Actual behavior: Only the Event on 6/25 displays, and all other events are removed.

The reason is that the Event's StartTime and EndTime are erroneously changed to the deleted recurrence's date, in addition to the RecurrenceException. The behavior would be correct if the original event's StartTime and EndTime were left unchanged and only the RecurrenceException were added.
