Kurdish text is broken

When writing Kurdish text in a document, the letters are not connecting. 

I'm using RTL, and it's working fine for almost all letters, but only 4 letters are having the problem: 

(ێ) 0x06CE 
(ڕ) 0x0695 
(ڵ) 0x06B5 
(ە) 0x06D5
