If we provide the preset ranges along with time value, then popup alwasy shows "custom range" option

If we provide the preset ranges along with time value, then popup alwasy shows "custom range" option.

Replication procedure:


1. Run the attached sample

2. Click any one of the presets (ex. Today)

3. Then close the popup and focus out the component.

4. Now, open the popup again. We can see the preset will be chosen as “custom range”.
