Toolbar support in server side engine

Currently the server-side engine doesn’t support toolbar options. So, need to provide support for following toolbar options in server-side engine,

  • Report Manipulation

  • View (Table and Chart)

  • Hide/Show Totals

  • Formatting (Number and Conditional)

  • Exporting
