Provide support for custom cursor mode in PDF Viewer

Need to provide custom cursor mode support in PDF Viewer which allows the following functionalities.

  • Ability to apply and use different cursor for the PDF Viewer (apart for Arrow and Hand), and maintain the cursor throughout all the areas of the control.
  • Suppress the mouse UI interactions such as text selection and dragging (pan).
