Enable Syncfusion Blazor Code Generator outside of the Pages folder

Currently we are enabling the Syncfusion Blazor Code Generator when right click on the razor file which is available under the Pages folder alone. We will check the possibilities and enable the Syncfusion Code Generator outside of the Pages folder razor files.
