Provide zooming support relative to cursor point instead of center zooming

Provide zooming support relative to the current center are instead of center of image. 

Current behavior: Center point is changed, if you zoom the image and pan, again zoomed. 

Expected behavior. After you zoom and panning the image, image should be zoomed from the current center point.
