Input selection not applied when focusing the control using Tab

When focus the control using Tab, full selection is not maintained in .net 5.0. It is working in good .net 3.1.

Replication procedure:


1. Run the sample.

2. Focus the control using Tab.

3. Selection start and selection end is updated properly (Full selection)

4. Now change the targetframework to 5.0 in project file.

5. Selection start and selection end is not updated properly (Full selection not occurs)
