DocumentEditor ContentChanged event causes serious performance issues

After updating from version 18.4.0.49 to version 19.1.0.57 there seem to be serious performance issues with the ContentChanged event on DocumentEditorContainerEvents within SfDocumentEditorContainer.


Adding the DocumentEditorContainerEvents element with a method that simply logs a single line to the console causes the DocumentEditor to hang and makes typing into the editor difficult.
