Angular Spreadsheets - wrap text by default

Would be nice to be able to configure "Wrap Text" behavior for the whole spreadsheet, something like "wrapAll" which is set to false by default.

The reason behind this is that for our use case, we always export to MS Excel, which is wrapping text by default, we want to have the same behavior as in Excel.
