Dropdown popup is closed in the mobile mode while scrolling the popup item in the filtering dropdown

When AllowFiltering is enabled, popup is getting closed while scrolling and so unable to choose the value by scrolling the popup.

Replication Procedure   :


1. Run the attached sample.

2. Switch to mobile view.

3. Open the popup.

4. Scroll the popup (Either with mouse scroll or drag over)

5. Popup is getting closed.
