Console error throws on changing the value when placing Textbox inside Accordion, Tab

Console exception occurs on changing the value of Textbox when placed inside controls like Accordion and Tab.

Replication Procedure:


1. Run the sample.

2. Open the Accordion page.

3. Expand Accordion and edit the value of Textbox.

4. Click Complete. Null reference exception will throw.
