Turn ON/OFF the responsive layout of swimlane rows in React Kanban

Currently, the swimlane row layout considered based on responsive mode. When load the Kanban in mobile devices, the layout automatically change to single swimlane row mode for responsiveness. 

Provide option to enable / disable this layout. If user disabled this option, the swimlane must be rendered like desktop layout in mobile devices also.
